I LOVE to help my youth clients feel powerful, and
usually incorporate power boxing moves and bodyweight training to protect developing joints. As the owner of Shann BAM Fitness, I specialize in customized strength and conditioning programs to help youth athletic clients build lean muscle mass and increase flexibility tailored to meet the needs of a growing body.
I work with athletes to develop and improve their performance through customized, sport specific training programs. I have trained athletes for lacrosse, hockey, basketball, soccer, swimming, track & field, football and baseball.
I have also developed mind and body transformation programs matched with Eat Smart Stay Fit nutrition meal plans to help accelerate results. These programs help my clients reach the maximum benefits of my exercise and training programs.
I’m an AAPT Certified Personal Trainer, and graduated in 2010. I was a collegiate lacrosse athlete at Curry College and co-founder and captain of UMass Lowell’s Women’s Lacrosse club team. I have experience training individuals of various ages and fitness levels, from elite youth and collegiate athletes, as well as adults. I have experience training in power lifting, boxing, kickboxing, group and/or team training, and nutrition coaching for energy and performance.
