I’m Shannon Krosoczka, and I’m a youth athlete strength coach and certified personal trainer. As a former college athlete, I have a special passion for teaching youth lacrosse. I thrive in supporting all youth find their super powers on the court, field, and for my ballers, in the air!
Whether your child/teen is a beginner trying their hand at a few sports, or a seasoned athlete laser focused in their sport, I am here to help them build their skills and their strength. I focus particularly on building full body strength, appropriate muscle growth pacing, and flexibility to ensure their growing bodies are prepared to take them far in their athletic journey.
